Interesting numbers for Irving Texas over the last 5 years.
This chart shows the number of active listings each month. It shows the inventory has declined which has brought the market quite a bit higher…great example of supply and demand.
Currently in the Irving/Las Colinas area we are seeing low inventory! This is great news, but even better is that homes are selling in a shorter period of time then a few years ago. The prices have been going up because of the low inventory and it is getting harder for buyers to find homes.
