Three new active listings have a median $/SQFT of $183.25, decreasing the median in comparison to Q1 2022.

Today's closings brought a median sales price of $327,500.

Today brought 8 new closings. The median sales price exceeded the original listing price by just .9%, going against the recent local trends.

The first quarter saw a 22% drop in home sales while the lack of supply drove sales prices up 15% from the end of Q4 2021. Below are the Q1 stats:
